How buying works

A quick overview of what happens when someone buys an item on this sale.

Step 1

Payment

When Stripe is connected for this sale, buyers pay online using their card through Stripe Checkout. If Stripe isn’t connected yet, card payments are not available and the Buy button will be disabled.

Step 2

Emails that are sent

  • The buyer sees a confirmation screen on this site.
  • The buyer receives a confirmation email with the item details and a reminder to arrange pickup.
  • The seller receives a “sold” email with the buyer’s details so they know who to expect.
Step 3

Pickup only

Yardio doesn’t handle shipping. Items are collected in person. After buying, the buyer contacts monday (usually by text or call) to agree on a pickup time and place.

Questions or changes

If you have trouble paying, don’t see a confirmation email, or need to change pickup details, you can call or text monday on 222.

Extra peace of mind

If you never receive your item

Payments on this sale are processed by Stripe using your card. Stripe encrypts card details and works with the card networks to handle disputes if a buyer reports that goods were not received.

If you buy something from monday and can’t arrange pickup or believe the item was never provided, you can contact your card issuer to dispute the charge as “goods not received”.
